Zeta Alpha Chapter

I am a member of two other honor societies: "Omega-Rho" (international honor society for the operations research and the management sciences), and "Alpha-Pi-Mu" (national honor society for industrial engineers), also, I am the former Vice-President of "Informs" (professional institute for operations research and the managements sciences), and a member of IIE (institute of industrial engineers). My GPA is 3.75, and I am already a PhD candidate.

Dean’s List, Honors College, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Phi Kappa Phi, National Science Olympiad in Biology, Silver Night Award Art Nominee, Presidential Student Service Challenge Gold Award, Basketball “Gatorade Will to Win Athlete Award,” Outstanding Achievement in the Spanish Conference, Second place for Shake-a-leg art competition.

Extraordinary achievement: graduated with highest honors in the program of Systems 

Engineering at the "Universidad Católica Boliviana" in Bolivia.

Extracurricular interests include literature, politics and Latin American affairs.

Graduated from FIU with a BA in Psychology, Graduated from St. Thomas Unversity with a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. I was a Crisis Counselor for 7 years at FIU before moving to the Office of Alumni Relations for one year and then came back to Student Affairs and have been the Coordinator at ISSS for over 2 years. I am the advisor to the International Student Club, the International Peer Mentors, Phi Beta Delta and the faculty advisor for Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. I am also the Chairperson for the Parent Advisory Committee of FIU's Children's Creative Learning Center.
